Delivery Details
Flowers on the Gold Coast is located on the Northern end of the Gold Coast, we provide a delivery service to a wide range of suburbs from the Gold Coast up to Logan.
All orders requiring same day delivery must be placed no later than 9am on the day you wish to have them delivered.
We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays except for special occasions like Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day. Please see our full list of towns for deliveries to other areas of the Gold Coast and Logan. For any towns not listed please email us at info@flowersonthegoldcoast.com.au with your enquiry and we will get back to you.
Flowers on the Gold Coast uses professional, experienced and qualified couriers to deliver your flowers to ensure they are delivered safe, in top condition and professionally. In the result of a recipient not available at time of delivery they will use thier judgement and experience to leave them in a safe location at the premises.
For all orders please provide full name, address and contact mobile phone number for the recipient. Home numbers are also acceptable, however we find that most people carry thier mobile phones on them when not at home so sometimes this is more helpful to our couriers. Please ensure all spelling of street names are correct to ensure our couriers can find the recipient easily.
For Funeral Orders please provide the following information:
- Full name of the deceased
- Name and address of the funeral home (name and phone number of a relative would also be helpful)
- Date and time of the funeral
For orders being delivered to Hospitals or Nursing Homes please provide the following information:
- Full name with correct spelling
- Ward name or number
- Hospital name and address
- Whether the recipient is a patient or resident or part of the staff
- Some hospital do not allow patients in the intensive care wards to have flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order to make sure this is not the case.
If a recipient is not available at the time of delivery and it is NOT safe to leave them, or the recipient has been discharged from the premesis, or an incorrect address is supplied to us or any other reason resulting in a non delivery which is out of our control, a redelivery fee will apply and you will be contacted via email about any issues.
